7/1/2014: New site live - thanks Daniel Grieve!
7/1/2014: Open CFP.
Promote CFP, locally and internationally.
7/1/2014: Approach Callbackwomen and DevChix to make our event more visible to a more diverse speaking pool.
8/1/2014: Contacted Timebase.tv to record speaker sessions.
15/1/2014: Jen Myres kindly offered to mentor newbie female speakers. Thanks Jen!
20/1/2014: TestDouble offer to put on 'Real-world JavaScript Testing' workshop as this years Charity Tutorial Day.
31/1/2014: Video chat session for potential speakers to ask questions about the event.

1/2/2014: Approach Keynotes.
Lack of talk submissions from local JS folks! Began awareness effort at local user groups and online.
3/2/2014: Release early bird and full price tickets.
8/2/2014: Approached Amanda O'Connell, from Minds Matter Training, about helping us improve Mental Health awareness within the tech community.
10/2/2014: Release student tickets.
12/2/2014: Close CFP.
15/2/2014: Voting begins by ticket holders.
24/2/2014: Inform speakers of acceptance.
3/3/2014: Announce line up.
4/3/2014: Booked venue for Charity Tutorial.
25/3/2014: Discussion Track Announced in detail.
25/3/2014 Inform speakers of projector resolution and layout template.
10/4/2014 Announce sponsors.
11/4/2014: Mark Boas drops out. Dave Kennedy steps to replace.
22/4/2014: Inform speakers of hash tags for Discussion Track.
